Make An Offer

To make an offer on one of our properties you need input the address and your offer. Offers are reviewed every Friday of the week.  If we do not accept your offer or there are multiple offers, you will be contacted via email and given the opportunity to make a higher offer. If your offer is accepted, you will be emailed a purchase contract and must make an earnest money deposit to The Bradley Law Firm. The Bradley Law Firm accepts Paypal, credit cards, or you can overnight a cashiers check. Contracts and earnest money deposits must be received by 3 p.m. on the following Tuesday, or the offer will be deemed invalid.
